Dan is a Director aligned with IndustryPro’s Phoenix office. He is a seasoned M&A professional with experience leading M&A efforts for large private equity firms as well as representing business owners exploring an M&A exit. He has closed dozens of transactions across multiple industries, including software, industrial services, manufacturing, route-based services, and healthcare. Prior to joining IndustryPro, Dan worked in a variety of roles for various organizations including Executive Director of Marketing, Logistics Manager at a multinational training institution, Market Research, Analysis Team Lead, and capital assets analyst. Dan received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from BYU’s Marriott School of Business and is fluent in Spanish.
